You won’t be able to sustain it. Hormones are everything.
I eat a high carb, low fat plant based diet and stay lean without effort. 3-4k cals/day.

Our brain is wired to do the easiest shit and to be as lazy as possible.
The only way we can overcome it is, if we force ourselves to be in shit situations.
Which is impossible long term, out brain fights with us.
Our survival istinct is way too strong to care about other people.

Just focus on WHAT you eat, not how much. Eat in abundance. Or else you’ll be yoyo-ing the rest of your life.

My test is good. Unless all you eat is refined sugar all day, you’ll get enough fats. I get 30-50g/day.
I suggest you get in fruits, veggies, legumes. But most of my energy comes from white rice, oats and whole grain bread.
