I just checked it and it has pore clogging ingredients. But shouldn't be an issue if you are on accutane as it already eviscerates acne. Wouldn't recommend to be people not on accutane though.

Purge is normal during accutane but you should take care of the side effects also, did your derm describe anything if you even got it prescribed from them?
Good moisturizer, sunscreen, lip balm and eye drops are a must
