Brother next time do tons of bodyweight. I'm telling you you definitely do not wanna waste your hormone profile right now. You could probably do bodyweight for two hours straight with this stack, and put on muscle fast. I think lifting on these things is part of the equation for getting the benefits of taking this stuff. Your body would need to adapt to more and more reps/weight. So do body weight next time daily .
