Started my cut 2 weeks ago. Already lost some weight. I’m currently 6’0 tall and 154 lbs.

I’m on a calorie deficit and I’m gonna try and get my hands on some diuretics

Maybe DNP too?

furosemide
DNP
Cardarine

Are these recommended?

To my knowledge, 154 lbs at 6'0" is probably as low as you're going to want to go, I would advise against cutting excessively unless most of your weight was fat and you intend to gain it all back.

Diuretics increase urination for water weight loss, not fast loss, they're for medical conditions, I would avoid these as you're going to get potassium deficiencies, dehydration, and heart problems.

DNP specifically is illegal for very clear reasons, so I would advise against putting your life on the line, especially as the negative symptoms are often hard to detect (those being organ failure and overheating).

Cardarine isn't for human use the same reason you're not supposed to eat protein products given to horses. It has researched cancer risks.

Instead of going the dangerous chemical route, do what any other credentialed professional would suggest: diet quality, exercise, small calorie deficit (200-500 calories daily), etc.

Yes you’re right that my weight is pretty low for my height. But the only reason I’m doing this cut is because my face is a little chubby/round. It isn’t really lean, I can dm you a pic for confirmation if you’re okay with that.

I don't need a photo of your face brother. You're all good, keep it up, just avoid stressing too much over your face and going into the underweight bracket.
