I have some joint problems though makes it really hard to lift

But I should be lifting light and high volume

Take bpc 157 and do single joint movements instead of compounds. I would tell you to lift heavy low volume but once again if your on test pretty much any weight training style will build you muscle. I recommend getting a coach who works with other enhanced people once you become more serious
