i'm planning on looksmax

hi guys i'm an italian guy and i want looksmax.I'm asking this only for looksmax expert.My face is shit tier,horrible nose,bad chin and lower third,horrible mid face for the lack of ceekbones.
My plan is dental appliance to decompensate my third class (scheduled for 24th january)
then i want to do lefort1 +bsso+genioplasty
then rinoseptoplasty
then malar ceekbones implant.
Ramieri said that i dont need bsso but only lefort1 and i'm not sure.
So i'm asking what can i do to improve my shit face to a less shit face.If u can make some realistic morph or plan i would really appreciate that

I think you have to make a decision with the facial hair. Either use minoxidil to increase follicle density or just clean shave it. Wrap around jaw implant is probably the best for you if you have a short ramus. BSSO and genioplasty if you have a malocclusion. A more forward chin will definitely balance out your nose which currently is a bit too forward for your face. After that maybe infraorbit, malar and zygos implant will add more character to your midface and get some hollow cheeks.

what big movements? i'm interested in what are my option ,the best to improve.
i dont like alfaro ,but yeah raffaini is a god ,but the best net pics are from his son (blue-eyed kid)and rich people and his daughter.
I consulted with ramieri,sesenna ,next one will be raffaini

i though my problems were :
mid face recessed maxxilla ceekbones chin short ramus and jaw.
so i though i needed lefort1 bsso malar ceek implants and rinosepto.
But i don't really know the movements,so if someone know i would appreciate it
