I'm pre diabetic at 21. I'm 230 lbs at 6 ft 0 and very inactive and eat a ton of shit and have done for years, so this is no surprise. Endocronologist was shocked because it's unusual for him to see someone at this age and my weight with this. I found this out today.

Why exactly was your doctor shocked when there's an epidemic of young people/children getting diabetes and similar in recent times. Then you add in your weight, your goyslop consumption and your inactivity, what is there to be shocked about?

We have similar statures, I'm just a hair shorter than you and around the same weight. Same lifestyle as yours. Thought I had diabetes and low T, went to an endocrinologist, no diabetes, mid T but they found even more severe shit that I don't wanna disclose on this forum because I have a lot of enemies who are gonna have a field day.

I'm 16 and I'm almost pre diabetic lol (I'm very inactive too and normal weight) but I can guarantee you that regular exercise is more important than you think. You are very young you can easily reverse the process with a good diet and most important you need to do regular exercise. There's studies that proves this, regular physical activity can really reverse pre-diabetes and in some less severe cases (especially in younger patients) even diabetes. I would give it a try bro (I'm trying to be more active too in the last months), hope this helps.

I'm not giving fake hope. If you're that young and you lose weight, clean your diet and do regular exercise you're probably gonna be fine. Diabetes runs in my family (idk about him) so in my case I know that I'm gonna get it later in life, but at this age you can easily contain it.
