I'm probably going to spend my entire summer rotting on this site

During summer I usually have nothing to do, in previous summers I usually just scroll TikTok and then go swimming for 2 hours and then my day is over. This summer though because i'm addicted to this site, i'll probably just sit in my chair the whole day making shitty posts. I wouldn't be surprised if I hit upwards 30k posts or something. Hopefully I can ascend a little bit over summer, i'm already planning to do some small looksmaxes. Also I can hopefully eat a better diet. I've never considered my diet because i've eaten like absolute shit my entire life but I don't gain weight or get acne or anything. Mabey also start going to the gym, but the gym I would have to go to is one where alot of people from my school hang out at. It would be pathetic to be spotted by kids I know struggling to bench the bar jfl.

I’d stay away from flat bench, there’s a reason why so many bodybuilders get peck tears. Pushups and overhead press would be better
