Maasai jumps is a lie, mewing is useless if you aren’t already recessed a lot of the information on looksmax is just passed around lies all though I think bone smashing has some truth to it.

You need to have a 'nomadic' resembling lifestyle and not a sedentary one.

i"m talking about walking and moving a lot. Being outside most of the day which is almost impossible for me but i still try.
They ate the animals they killed so mostly meat. @Never Get Up

Well I’m 16 and haven’t did the jumps long enough so you could be right about that, as for mewing I already had a good jaw so it didn’t do much for me also since I don’t mouth breathe I wasn’t recessed

I understand how many people may not need mewing as there are actually quite a lot of people who are nose breathers rather than mouth breathers but give Masai jumps a 2nd chance man they're pretty good

From what I've seen, there are 2 types of soft maxxers: the one who tries out many things, such as mewing and thumb pulling, and then, after patiently waiting for months, they determine whether it's cope, or there's the other type who tries it for a few days, gets butthurt that it didn't work, and calls it cope.

its hard to say maasai jumps and swimming helped you grow when you were GOING to grow regardless

swimming is just such a stupid idea imo. olympic swimmers arent buff because they swim, its because they naturally have that bone structure which makes them better at swimming(longer clavicles = longer reach) and they are muscular because swimmers spend both hours in the water and in the gym. nobody gets buff from doing cardiovascular exercises by themselves, all athletes are in the gym getting stronger

I heard somewhere that because of the range of motion used by your arms when swimming you start developing wider clavicles

hide any ND hobbies. have a list of NT hobbies ready to showcase. have hobbies that are attractive by showing both creativity and strength/dexterity. best are cooking, music and handiwork.
