Bonesmashing is legit, I smashed my browridge lightly

and there is definitely more volume there now

obv this is not immediate bone growth, but inflammation or whatever, doesnt matter for aesthetics, it looks as if you have more bone in that area, same works for the zyggos

swellmaxxing is legit, i bonesmash my zygos and chin before going out

do you feel dizzyness while smashing zyggos?

I personally don't, but I'm not sure if its good for the brain in the long term..

You should punch your jaw and chin as well, make this armor face grow

Brutal bonesmashing can’t even ascend me cus I already have giga chin and zygos

makes me feel dizzy, I feel like punching jaw is risky considering permanent braindamage

My brow ridge is alright but bonesmashing brow ridge is the most risky cus brain damage
sad, because for browridge, bonesmashing works really well for me personally

Does jaw work?

i dont feel dizzy but i dont do it much cuz i dont want brain damage, the jaw/chin is the least risky place
