I'm ready for hardmax consultations, where should I go?

I'm currently located in germany and I will try to get a consultation in Heidelberg by a well known surgeon in the german based part of this forum. Last year I was already by an orthodontist who made cts of my skull for the insurance company. It should be possible to get a consultation for a bimax.

If this won't work out, I'll most likely not look any further in germany when it comes to hardmaxxing.

My main plan was actually to go to italy to pagnoni or ramieri. Lately I've seen more and more threads where they are proven to be somewhat overrated and overprized.

Lately I've heard that brazil has some good surgeons for aesthetics. But I'm also highly sceptical to visit a third world country for surgery.


I know that I need at least:

+ bi/trimax (widening and forward movement with ccw rotation)
+ implants to fix asymetry and cover recession
+ rhino

+ fat grafts
+ maybe a lip lift for the philtrum (perhabs a bimax would solve this problem)
+ some treatment to fix masseters, the right one is awfully big

It's going to be a challenge to keep harmony with all of these things together. Any Ideas where I should go for consultations?
