to be fair: you look diffuse thinning with a norwood 2-3 hairline. so im pretty sure you started to receed at the front way earlier

do the routine for at least 12 months, when it's stabilised you can decide if HT is needed / possible ( most places require 1year of DHT-blocker pre-op anyway)
i have a slight recession on the temples, but my crown has become terrible over the past years.
from my experience nothing than fin/min/derma worked for regrowth/ stabilisation, vitamins MIGHT have done smth for better appearance /hair shine .
