probably 40-60

but when I used creatine for one month it used to be 100-140 :) for TWO MONTHS, so I was probably losing 200 every day

Mid 20s, nah that's just combing/rubbing the hair, taking a shower = another 40-60 go away too

I freak out Everytime a single piece of hair falls out, I get nightmares about norwooding (when I have nw0)

I don't think I could manage the cortisol

I've no idea tbh, I think I'm losing all around, not just progressively going from the temples.

I'll hairmax this month though, I need to fix this till February or March
