Just ate nearly 2 boxes of sushi and im fucking stuffed. I am so close to puking.

Well said bhai but it s 6 am and I started eating almost two boxes of sushi. :feelswah::feelswah: I ordered sushi 3x the last 7 days. :ogre:

It's time to start eating healthy again, it takes a while of forcing yourself of bad habits ( I read that it's approx 21days somewhere ) for it to become a good one.

In pre-med we learnt about eating and binge eating disorders, especially with an aging digestive system ( slower, malabsorption etc) you could be slowly killing your health in a very detrimental way.

Is it those rather garbage large Sushi plates? Yeah I love to gorge on them.

I really can't find good sushi unless I head into the city.

I just ate a delicious sausage stroganoff (it is a swedish dish). Filled me with tons of energy! I feel just like when I was a kid and my brother would be pissed off at me because I sperged out from all the energy after dinner.

I just get plain ones as much fish as possible no other ingredients

I had an entire box with fried chicken and sauce on top and the other box was all fish, some raw and some fried. :ogre: I’m an idiot.

Yeah a lot of sushi restaurants on the west are manned by Chinese.

I started at 85 kg like 3 months ago and got to 63.4 kg but since then I’ve been overdosing on sushi so I’m like 66-67 kg now I’d say. :feelsgiga: Haven’t weighed.

I got extremely stuffed after finishing it. It’s good that I feel this way now because that means I won’t be ordering sushi for a long time now. If ever at all anymore. :ogre:

What's ur waist to bidelt ratio? Former fatasses usually have wider budelts due to the ribcage expanding but also wide waists due to estrogen.

Not sure how to measure this ratio but my bideltoid is 16 inch and waist is 70 cm circum
