I suffer from rosacea and acne and something else I don’t know what, be brutally honest what I could do that would change my look, I am currently doing a Chinese acupuncture treatment but acne has reduced slightly, I for some reason believe I am lacking vitamin b12….. (don’t ask lol)

Accutane was the plan but side effects have put me off, it’s my next plan, weight loss is quite easy for me I just need to get the routine back
