Hey im 14 years old 5'6-167cm and i have very bloated looking face what should i do

Low body fat + High amounts of face fat = Over

It could just be water weight, look into taking more potassium into your diet and debloating your body/face.

could be bloating ,propaply low t and because you are young (babyfat)
