Should I bulk up and basically bloatmaxx first and then cut or go straight into cutting?

I'm 60kg and 15-20%

Fullbody x3 per week, up ur protien daily, stay consistant and you’ll b sweet

Beginners can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Eat enough protein, maintain a calorie deficit, and lift. I would cut to around 10% body fat. Then you can bulk unit you are around 15% body fat. That way you don't look terrible even when you are bulking. If you bulk into 25% body fat you start to look worse.

Full body workout 3-4 times a week is good for beginners. Focus on lifting properly.

What if I've followed this programme for 2 months and then quit?
 
What if I've followed this programme for 2 months and then quit?
During those 2 months, you would lose fat and minimize muscle loss or you could even gain muscle while losing fat. What happens after that? Well, if you don't eat too much, you would stay as you are.

2 months isn't a very long time. You won't be gymmaxed in 2 months. Especially if you are 20% bf.

build muscle mass first. no need to bloath maxx, when you already like 18% bf
