Im slowly getting better

Obv not facially yet, but i've started to work out more intensely and more frequently and consistently, im also starting to eat a tad bit better (not much tho, im still on vacation jfl) and started to socialize more to ther guys and girls my age, it has really helped me out since im very anxious and shy in general, now im more fluid and talkative to other people. Going out with them in a while

Nothing much to say, love you twin and stay goated, if you are living a bad moment seriously hope you get better bhai
