Im so aspie i always mess up what im gonna say

When I'm ordering through drive through or anywhere really I always mess up what I'm trying to say. Am I not supposed to say thank you to the people I give my order to? I wish I had a normal nt brain. I also talk softly but I have a deep voice makes me seem. Insecure I overthink how loud I'm talking
