I ate so much today idk why im so hungry idk why im so fat fuck my life fuck my appetite my hunger fuck it all I need to go on ed when football ends but that hard cuz I have to go to fucking football fuck everything i fucking hate my life I hate my fucking life bruh my life is horrid but oh so great im such and ungrateful fucking oussy ass bitch like wtf is wrong with me honestly I should kms for even being ungrateful atleast im 5'11.75 and lltn I could be a real 5'3 subhuman goddammit god damnnit

I sympathize with you but dude, how hard is it to eat less? You are facing one of the most common failos that could be hiding multiple psl of potential.

i have fast metabolism so i struggle with gaining weight but overall js eat healthy like salmon or chicken salads also steer away from junk food like i stopped eating fast food a couple months ago. and gym

Its easy until its not i was down 45 pounds when I was down to 162 2 weeks ago now im back up to 179

if ur fat at nearly 6'0 and 180 then u have other issues like muscle mass

Ppl saY thats fat here my face is very fat im a lil chubby i workout 10+ hours a week from football boxing and year round football workouts

Also, if you want to fast track it, my friend had some very positive results with reta although I remember you saying it would be difficult to get your hands on that kinda stuff in an early thread.
