im around 15% bf rn back in 2022 i was 40% i know quite a bit about obesity. keep fasting smaller you get harder it is eat high fibre low calorie food. not sure which appetite suppressants to recommend ive never used any sort of appetite suppressing foods just suck some dick tbh
