The ideologies on this forum(true or false doesnt matter) are inherently damaging to your self confidence. Especially if you are young and impressionable. It will ruin your potential chances as your self confidence will decline

Not really. If you go out theres still chance. It starts to be over after 20-21 imo. When you get out of college and have to work and have other responsibilities. Dating life is pretty much over after college
Kinda yes. But as you said i also gained knowledge but overall it was damaging to my self esteem. Thankfully i reversed the brainwashing of the "blackpill" and am much more peaceful now

Meditation( sort of). I identified the negative thoughts and then ignored them. Didnt engage with them. Takes a lot of self control and practice. Soon the thoughts reduced in frequency. End of brainwashing. I didnt meditate formally but i basically used a similar tactic i guess
i will try to do that, ive always been a little bit fucked up in the head but this forum is just an echo chamber of negativity and its making it worse
