im so tired i cant move anymore
my head is so heavy
its not an exhauseted tired its a fully exhaused tired
i think this is serious
its getting worse every day
i dont wanna listen to music or anything anymore
iont even wanna rot here i just want to lay down and just rot
i dont even want to sleep just lay down

  2. What time do you wakeup?
  3. How often do you workout?
  4. What foods do you eat?
  5. What's your stress level like?
  6. What kind of job do you have?

if so its genetic

my my had MDD and depresssion with psychotic features
I will need to know more to diagnose.

  1. What time do you go to bed everyday?
  2. What time do you wakeup?
  3. How often do you workout?
  4. What foods do you eat?
  5. What's your stress level like?
  6. What kind of job do you have?
1)11 or 1130 ish
2)3:50 most days for gym but sometimes i skip, i havent been in 2 weeks becuase i turn off alarm in sleep
3) daily but not recently
4)whatever my mum cooks
5)high i guess i share a room with a severely autistic brother, schizo mum and basicially drill sergeant dad
6) unemployed im doing college (uk so 16-18)

If u do all these u gonna complain that u got too much energy absolutely opposite try for 2 weeks and u gonna explode abd u gonna cry how to control or fix too much energy just try and eat all the time 1 egg every 20minutes raw milk sip whole hour

You're probably just depressed.

All that means, if you have a back load of emotions and thoughts that you haven't fully processed.

What you need to do is spend as much time lying around not doing anything, with no stimulus (no music/ no movies) until your brain has processed everything, then you'll have more energy.

Basically, people these days don't have time to process all of their subconscious and conscious emotions and thoughts that build up everyday, because of constant stimulus.

To do this in a way that does minimal damage to your sleep schedule, you can lay down two hours before your bed time for this.

(This is not mainstream advice. Mainstream advice is incorrect.)

Try for about a total of 5 hours. (However you want to divide up the time, multiple days whatever).

Let me know if it doesn't work, and I'll figure out what your issue is and we'll solve it together. But definitely try this first, because it's probably this.

If it does work, I would make something like this a regular part of your routine. I believe it has IQ enhancing benefits as well.

might sound weird but i beat my meat so much i have 0 to no post nut clarity
