So when I need to pin etc I go to my room and open my suitcase on my bed

I usually leave my supplements I take after injecting like TUDCA, nac and cialis on my bed sheet so yesterday after I injected I left my TUDCA nac and cialis on the bed sheet I forgot to eat it

Then fast forward to this morning I get out of bed and I hear some things drop on the floor I check and it’s my TUDCA and nac and cialis from yesterday that I forgot to eat


I quickly swallow them then I come home after work to see that my mom washed my sheets

Now imagine if I didn’t hear or see the pills

She would have seen them and questioned what they were
