Probs not naturally achievable, you can only achieve the forward growth with bimax but u could achieve the rest with testmaxxing and roids idk

Not mewing obv, mewing only helps with soft tissue and prevents you from fucking up your jaw(giving yourself skeletal underbite for example) or teeth(deep bite for example)
