Now I got on the “wrong train” even though IT SAID ON THE BOARD it was going towards my destination. Means I get back even later now on my “half day”

This is fucking ridiculous I am going to cry. Like one tear barely came out

It’s ridiculous. It’s like you can’t even criticise their actions when they likely traumatise a driver and cause 1000s of people to miss trains
