I made a point to observe the faces of other guys in public and it’s clear that I’m below average. Most white guys jaw, mid face and eye area mog me. I have no business going to bars or nightclubs

Brutal. I'm tall and muscular with wide frame and average face but i've had lots of trouble with women.
Meanwhile my friend with clearly above average face, average frame, lean and average height has always had an easy time getting women.

I'd say our personalities are about the same level, but the difference is day and night because of face.
I have improved my looks by getting lean and improved style since then but can't test the difference between us anymore since both have gf's now (he got his by the girl throwing herself at him and he chose her over casual sex with multiple women, i got mine with maybe 50 rejections in clubs.)
We clubbed together for about a year, he had sex with about 20 women, multiple times with many of them without romantic interest and i got sex with 1 woman and would have had sex with another but smoked weed and destroyed my chances. Made out with lots of different women though but it's not what counts.

He was picky sometimes and didn't have sex if the woman was not high quality enough, i had lowish standards, accepting unattractive but not ugly women.

For me this is strong evidence about the importance of facial aesthetics and being lean combined with fearlessness in approaching women and escalating.

Some part of it could be personality/behavior though, but after so much practice and generally being a social person i think it's mostly about looks once you get the basics down about flirting.
