This is optimal
It’s not optimal though. While we can see a spike in testosterone that builds up after 7 days of abstinence, the bigger effect on your body would be caused by absolute no fap. Abstinence will increase your androgen receptor sensitivity by up 25% after 2 to 6 weeks depending on how frequent your masturbation was before. Same goes for social media use btw since dopamine and testosterone sensitivity are linked closely.

Sleep and diet have a much larger effect though
