I‘m starting having nightmares at night

I’m having nightmares lately. Last night i dreamed about getting cuckolded, then i started crying in my dream. When i woke up i was in such shock that i could barely breathe.

What should i do? This happens all the time lately, I’m scared of falling asleep because i don’t know what kinda nightmare awaits me this time

I actually feel satisfied waking up after having shit dreams/nightmares cuz it reassures me that none if it really happened and that everything’s fine

Once I had a dream that I got beat up at school and everyone was laughing at me

Then I woke up and was like ‘phew ’

Opposite for me. Going to bed and dreaming is the best part of the day for me. Nothing better than escaping the horrors of real life for a bit. No nightmare is scarier than real life
