I just wanna see how it affects body. I dont struggle with anything, have six pack and non bloated face, just wanna see its effect maybe on acne and mood
try carb cycle it's so much better than no carb if you're natural
Maybe will consider that too

no carb is bad for mood. If u want best mood eat animal based and eat as much sugar as u want as long as its from honey and fruits lol

carbs are life past summer i tried to eat as little as i can carbs face was slightly less bloated but the suffering was too much

Yeah. Im just testing. For my entire life I have been eating much carbs. Now gotta try less or no, will dump it if it doesn’t do much of a work.
Still gotta try, interested in what it does

Thats what I will do naturally, apart from cheat meals I eat some days when someone invites me, cuz I dont have money for them :incel:
Just wanna test this for short duration, not expecting much. Very lean naturally, muscles by genetics, just getting irritated on face sometimes and thats due to hormones i guess

Yes, when im free I always workout, maybe like 4-5 times a week. also some part time working sometimes

u will feel like shit on no carbs , will have no energy to workout, slugish at work , brain works slower, etc you can try and go ahead i already expirenced it ..

Doing wrestling and mma, its a little duration I have started, not noticing that big of a tiredness till now.

Will still try cuz Im bored and have nothing to do, at least I will have experienced something more and will be able to say my own word to incels. Thank you tho :incel:
