If the only change you are doing is to not fap, you will fail. Why do you think there are so many people who are failing to stop this adiction for years, probably only 10% are succesful, If you are the type of guy that stays all day in his house, dont recieve dopamine from social environment you will fail, you need to add in your life healthy habbits, and do dopamine detox
