test will peak after 1 week, after that it will go back to normal levels

It fluctuates due to various reasons, and yes, hormones like prolactin, testosterone, and others play a significant role, but it’s not just about them.

There is psychological and physical factors too.

Ur mood and mental health can affect it so for example, if u r feeling depressed and anxious it can lower ur libido and on the flip side feeling happy and relaxed can boost it.

Poor sleep can negatively affect libido.

Stress is a big one too it lowers ur libido.

I would say the most important one would be test tho, u should keep in mind that it fluctuates through out the day.

There is alot of detail that i can get into but theres no point.

So to make it simple for u, i would just recommend u too focus on improving ur t-lvls bcz all the factors that affect t-lvls also affect libido, there is a direct correlation between the two.

saw a video where a vguy did nofap for 30days, after 7days it dropped a little(i think) and after 30days the test was at its peak
