Yeah I used to be all cocky and shit on here saying "LOL I'm getting trimax, rhino and implants!!!" but now that my first surgery is getting close I'm actually getting fucking scared. I'm scared if it goes wrong, complications, pain, recovery, infections... Yeah I'm not cocky anymore...
Fuck.
First surgery is bimax btw. Then after 6-7 months I should get genio, rhino and implants.

My surgeon said I'll get a good result with Bimax and CCW rotation alone. He wants to focus more on bimax and custom jaw angle implants and the rhino, rather than the chin. But he did say if I'm not satisfied with my chin after bimax he'll give me genio when he does the surgery for rhino and jaw angle implants.

Some issue with soft-tissue. Gotta let the skin adapt and then he'll see clearly how to do the next surgeries.

Well I did when I was 14 years old and yeah they used general anaesthesia. Though I don’t know why you would be afraid and I think once you reach close to adulthood like 16, 17 if your case isnt too complex they can do it on local anasthesia if you want, I’m actually doing it again in a few months, I’ll be 18
