Im starting to hear sounds

Basically started few weeks ago i was training too hard and got a strong headache and its reoccurring with the slightest physical activity basically since then im starting to hear sirens and stuff even tho no one hears them its not like people talking or stuff im not crazy i went to the doctor and he said i should stop working out and take some pills

Yeah retard, stop working out and rest. Ideally visit the doctor again. But rest even after you feel ok. Give yourself another few days or a week after and don't do anything too intense.
