Hunger = your facial and body fat melting away day by day.

If it’s unbearable better spam caffeine even at 10pm at night than consume over your calorie allowance.

Best way to determine what bloated you is elimination diet. I don’t spice anything, i like the say the food naturally tastes (beef eggs etc) but i do like spicy food, idk if it causes bloat since i dont have it regularly enough for me to assess. Its only rare occasions i have it when i eat out, and i dont mind being bloated after I eat out since thats the one time to enjoy food imo. you’ll be back the day after anyway.

I do 2 meals a day currently. I may try OMAD but i feel 2MAD is a good inbetween epically since I gymmax also.

And caffeine pre workout / if hunger is too much.

My life was drastically better at 10% bf than now. So hunger is the feeling of me edging closer to 10%.

+ im barely that hunger since i fixed by blood sugar levels and spam caffine

Anything related to leanmax has u in it, what u think of those high carb diet like the "Pablo diet/loox"?

To think that your going to grow because you eat Cadbury chocolate bars and nutella is quite literally the most retarded thing i have ever heard.

Optimal diet is what we evolved off which is red meat, eggs, butter, fish, raw cheese if you can tolerate it, and if you want carbs rice and blueberry.

Yeah same after two days it felt normal plus I was losing like 2 Ibs a DAY from purely water fasting so def worth it, I'm starting again today going for two weeks now first one was only 3 days

Mirin water fast, i have done 60 hour before. I stopped since longer than 72hours would cause muscle loss. Now i just restrict calories and focus on maintaining strength.

It can do, but it also makes you not as hungry after in my experience as you don’t really want to eat anything

I’m not sure it definitely depends on what you’re eating with it and how much spice you consume. It for sure makes you not want to eat food after eating it though if you’ve ate enough spicy shit

Deadass if bloat is your concern, then do elimination diet. It’s not hard and you will forever know what you can tolerate and what you cannot tolerate in like 2 weeks. Will also help with acne or auto immune conditions, if you have any of that.

Go beef only for a week or so, or until any bloat / auto immune conditions go away. Eat however much you want of fatty meat. Then reintroduce foods one at a time. Like add in your spices and asses your reaction. Are you bloated? feel worse? acne? etc. if you get any of them then you don’t tolerate it tell. and just repeat for different foods.

same tbh, i feel like shit whenever i eat above maintenance. it isn’t that bad and actually feels pretty good going to bed starving

You can go to bed knowing you are dropping fat and didn’t give into the cravings. It’s a good feeling, even if the hunger as such isn’t the best feeling. Just knowing your disciplined and shit.
