im so fucking happy this is the only good thing happening in my life rn
ive been cutting for probably about 2-3 weeks ish and im finally starting to see significant amounts of face fat loss
if i cut 5-7% more bf ill actually be so happy
as for how im doing this, im just skipping lunch and doing 300 cal breakfasts. cba to track dinner since i still live with my parents, so i just try to eat less during dinner.
ive hardly noticed any muscle loss. although my energy is lower in general, ive only gotten slightly weaker in terms of my lifts (but nothing significant).
