I can’t sleep rn I’m painfully hungry. Tuna and bread diet is painful. I’m so hungry I keep tasting different foods in my mouth like Mac and cheese, twinkies, donuts, cereal, etc.

Veggies are cope just make your gut bloated and sick , you need fats to keep you satiated and avoid sugar like plague or insulin spike will make you hungry

Ofc ik but made 0 difference when i removed them in terms of caloric intake that i could handle , you usually can't fool your body like that he can recognise he's getting no energy from food but if it works from you keep doing it ofc

better to up nutrients/protein and more cardio
