gh doesnt increase your e2 so you're basically restricting aromatization when you don't need to, estrogen is also important and having it be too low can be very bad. mark as solution

Just have arimidex ready, do a blood test before you hop on to check where your estrogen levels are and adjust from there

As long as you can or till tibial epiphyseal plates have fully ossified

Letro is the most potent one so you have more control imo but arimidex is alright also but just weaker, dosage depends you need bloodwork to adjust it ideally but just 1-2.5mg ED, the lower you go less suppression but the serum E2 suppression differs for everyone
