i’m stuck on a deficit plateau and i don’t know how to fix it

hi, to start it off, last september i was 101.2kg, im 183cm and currently about 84.6kg, i was at 81kg earlier this summer but i went on a holiday for a couple weeks and gained up to 87kg, i’ve gotten down 2.4kg so far but i felt as if when i was at 81kg i just couldn’t lose anymore weight. my best weight loss was probably september 2023-jan2024, i lost like 10kg from deficit and lots of cardio. i wanna get to 75kg max and my limit on myfitnesspal is 1802 at -0.5kg a week, im thinking about just drinking tons of low calorie drinks and just thugging it out till the evening then eating, any tips?
 
eat less or do more cardio. But if you’re really just eating 1800kcal at 183cm and 87kg you should lose weight. So are you really just eating that? Maybe u aren’t tracking right
