hi, to start it off, last september i was 101.2kg, im 183cm and currently about 84.6kg, i was at 81kg earlier this summer but i went on a holiday for a couple weeks and gained up to 87kg, i’ve gotten down 2.4kg so far but i felt as if when i was at 81kg i just couldn’t lose anymore weight. my best weight loss was probably september 2023-jan2024, i lost like 10kg from deficit and lots of cardio. i wanna get to 75kg max and my limit on myfitnesspal is 1802 at -0.5kg a week, im thinking about just drinking tons of low calorie drinks and just thugging it out till the evening then eating, any tips?
