Here’s a drawing to show what’s wrong about my skull.

The black is my approximate profile. The red is a good aesthetic profile.

The depth of the front section of my cranium is too flat. It’s a subhuman trait that most people don’t even know exists. Even most plastic surgeons wouldn’t pick up on it. People just find there’s something off or weird about my head shape, but they can’t put their finger on what specifically is wrong. It’s one of those falios that looks really fucking bad but you won’t realize it unless you know what you’re looking for.

And the vertical height of my maxilla is too long.

Just get a LeFort 3 with a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy for mandibular realignment, a maxillary advancement to correct midface hypoplasia, a genioplasty for chin projection, an open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) for fracture stabilization, a septoplasty for nasal airway improvement, a nasal osteotomy to reshape the nasal bridge, a bilateral coronal advancement to correct cranial deformities, a zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture reduction to stabilize the cheekbones, a maxillomandibular fixation (MMF) for postoperative stabilization, a mandibular advancement for correcting class II malocclusion, a rhinoplasty for cosmetic nasal reshaping, cheekbone augmentation using implants for facial aesthetics, a temporal muscle flap to cover bone defects or provide soft tissue support, a posterior pharyngeal wall suspension to improve airway patency, a bicoronal flap for extended access to the midface and cranium, a transoral approach for palatal advancement and hard palate repositioning, a sagittal split osteotomy for mandibular repositioning and occlusion correction, a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) reconstruction to restore joint function, a distraction osteogenesis procedure to lengthen bone for facial symmetry, and a full-thickness skin graft to reconstruct facial soft tissue defects.

This is a brachycephalic trait.

There’s no solution, I have it too and it almost certainly caps you below HTN. As someone said, nobody is going to do a cosmetic monobloc.

Without monobloc your option is then lefort 3 plus a ridiculous thickness forehead implant (not sure the soft tissues could take such an implant?). Maybe RSM could help you with that but it still has limitations such as not being able to move the eyes forward.

Realistically you just have to live (a shit life) with it.

is that shit even possible? :lul:

Yeah they do it on deformed children but I don’t know about adults. It is a dangerous surgery and exposes the brain.

Actually yes, been done on adults with Crouzon.

@RealSurgerymax any plans to develop this one or is this off the table even for you?

It’s over.

Tbh the fact that you know what’s stopping you and you can’t do anything about it is frustrating.

Realistically the best you can do is camouflage it with a cranium implant. I've seen a few Eppley blog posts on this topic over the years, he would be your best bet. Yes, I know, before the autists onslaught me, it's not ideal and he'd still have underlying aesthetic issues.

Not all hope is lost though. Even some male models have surprisingly bad side profiles (though not as bad as that). Focus all your looksmax efforts on ascending the frontal view. I've seen plenty of people on this site with chad side profiles and dog shit frontal views.

:lul: new copypasta for the Ratings subforum

The drawing must be a painful reminder. Like the drawing itself is taunting you, mocking you. It says, "you'll never have what other people have" it says, "you don't fit in"

I have a horseface too, it's brutal because there's no surgery to fix it. I always knew at the back of my mind that I looked weird compared to other people, ever since I was a kid.

@thecel this is my pic from my old account. I was drunk and pissed off in the pic which is why i looked so mad. My horseface is extremely subhuman. Life is brutal when you're sub 5. I'm mentally destroyed from my teen years.
