Basically some of the things I struggle with are

extreme motion sickness
allergies
constant headaches

Basically those 3 things make it impossible to do literally ANYTHING

I get extremely dizzy and motion sick from pretty much anything, I can't look at my phone in a moving vehicle for more than 30 seconds, I can't ski without motion sickness medicine, I can't go on amusement park rides, I can't go on boats. Like literally last time I went skiing without my medicine I had to throw upcuz of how dizzy I was, and on top of ALL THAT my medicine barely does anything I still get extremely dizzy from the simplest things.

And then I have the allergies aswell basically I'm allergic to pretty much every plant possible (including grass ) so every time I go outside when it's not winter I get a really runny nose and my eyes become red and shit and I always have to sneeze

so basically whenever I go outside I just get sick

I have my medicine which helps a little bit but it's still awful, I might consider getting injection therapy later to help with my allergies

and on top of both of those things I usually get 1 or more headaches a day and sometimes their migraines aswell which sucks but I've gotten used to them ngl
