My computer is old, so I don’t think it can handle a very advanced version of Linux. I’d appreciate it if you could recommend something suitable for it :Comfy:

Linux is ass use
Windows and learn coding from there. It’s online courses too. Linux has zero benefits and just filled with people who think they’re cool seriously it’s not worth it just use Windows

Since I don’t have Windows 11, I’m thinking about switching to Linux. In my opinion, Windows already uses way too many resources on a PC, and I can’t really do much on this computer anyway. So I think it makes more sense to install something that’s just for programming

Well, sure just for programming you got it I was just saying if you install a custom OS
With nothing in the background, your computer should completely fine but if it’s just for programming, then yeah Linux it’s fine good luck find an online course it’ll help.

A custom operating system I’ve spent like five years doing this and if I’m being real with you playing on a console is funner
I know it sounds weird, but I would just recommend getting an Xbox series S trust me, no matter how much you know you’re always gonna run into issues but if you do want a custom os with nothing in the background that’s easy to use

“I don’t have money to buy an Xbox unfortunately, so I’ll try to learn coding and make some money If it works, then I’ll buy one. Thanks btw what programming languages does NovaOS support

Linux can get pretty complicated, so getting started, I’d stick with Linux Mint or Linux Ubuntu.

Lubuntu, Xubuntu, and Linux Mint but with XFCE instead of Cinnamon and Mate.
