For the last year and a half, after i discovered mike mentzer's way of training i've become adapted the low volume high intensity workout style.
BUT I HAVEN'T GROW SHIT DOING IT JUST LIKE THEY SAY TO DO IT
they've made me lost my time after falling for this high volume high intensity gatekeeper, why change what bodybuilders have been doing for years and years
ive lost so much progress:feelswhy:

Bodybuilding is purely genetics, everything is individual, what suits one person may not suit another
