Train your attention span, there are many ways to do it and it will help you so fucking much in life. I'm here right now because I ruined my neuro transmitters and I can't concentrate for more than 1-2 hours. But some time ago I studied 16 hours straight using the Pomodoro method.
I know it's hypocritical of me saying this to you while rotting here rn, but you really should get your attentionspan and neurotransmitters in check. If you have ADHD let (((them))) medicate it, it works.
Coincidentally with my neurotransmitters being fried and attention span ruined my grades have too.

I'm not sure tbh. Research it yourself, many different methods work. For me it is mostly mental weakness and self doubt that is killing my motivation which gets me to rot on here and other shit that gives easy dopamine to relieve the stress I get from self doubt and being behind in school. A never ending cycle that will ultimately end with me dropping out if I don't get it in check. What works is different for everybody so I can't give you a cureall end-all.
I will recommend having 1 of those weeks where you don't do anything that gives you dopamine, don't listen to music, don't play Vidya, don't read books, don't watch shows, eat bland food etc.
Some say it helps but for me, it doesn't actually do much because my biggest problem is procrastination and not internet addiction.
All I can say is to try and research ways you can get your attention span back and see what works for you.
