im sure a skilled injector could do that. its often a side effect of treating the forehead wrinkles but it can be done on purpose

I also don’t use my forehead muscles Much I have a pretty relaxed forehead with no wrinkles do you think it would still work?

you can try, it should be cheap and botox is very low risk compared to surgery so i would suggest that first.
