So I’m kind of spam eating like I eat a meal and then after 1- 1-5h I eat again to get to 3000 calories cuz I’m victim weight is that ok like spam eating ?

Eggs and milk:confused: and I can’t train that hard I’m so lean and not that strong
bodyweight or light weight 3-4 times a week can spike IGF-1 independently or additively so you should be fine 🙂✌️i think eggs and milk are pretty reliable :think:
Nah the best way to gain weight is gymcelling
But only do it if you're htn+ and tall or average height

No you're just gonna get fat
I’m 54 kg and so lean we’re talking 6% body fat and I don’t eat junk i didn’t have any sort of soda for 2 month nor added sugar nor salt so I don’t know about getting fat

It will only be okay until you reach 20 percent body fat. After that, insulin sensitivity declines. 25 percent body fat is obese for a male.

Yes, you are incorrect about how it works by thinking that you will not gain fat because you have a "healthy" diet.

Fat gain and mass gain is all about your kilocalorie surplus over your maintenance kilocalories.

Between 200 up to 300 kilocalories over maintenance is a good surplus because you can gain skeletal muscle faster than adipose tissue (fat), so your body fat percentage will remain the same or get lower as your total body mass increases.

Your current energy intake greatly exceeds your maintenance energy. You are eating too much energy for your body to use it all for skeletal muscle gain. That excess energy will turn to adipose tissue (body fat).

I was worrying about that but when a guy called me ugly and when I told him to show me what he looks like he sent me a morphed pic of himself and I had a laugh and stopped giving a fuck

Ok for the past 2 weeks I’ve been averaging around 2700-3000 calories and from 70-95 protein a skinny 54kg 16 yo so u think this is increasing my body fat like crazy?
