the only place i can really kinda get active on is here and a few others, anyway im tired of living the same life daily, ive finally accepted that im genuinely sub5 and that is OK we can improve a bit ig it doesnt even matter, i no longer care about this as i wouldve never known about it had i not been on social media and the internet, and since now that im turning away from social media it shouldnt even matter hopefully, im gonna fix my sleep schedule, eat the right foods and try whatever else i can to maximize my looks to some degree hopefully, but ye wish me luck brocels

thats true this is why ill be regulating my dopamine, i might watch a show or something maybe an anime whatever, that should help to a degree, but then i have to stay locked in, the last thing i wanna do is force things i hope everything just goes by naturallly
