This has also happened to me, and I also think I look ugly as fuck. Again, either BDD or you don't actually know what makes a guy attractive in a woman's eyes. Could be a mix of both.

True BDD as in seeing yourself distorted/twisted and hideous is quite rare, and probably has a mild form of schizophrenia and paranoid delusions to go along with it. That said. I'd reckon around 90% of BDD diagnoses are actually just moderate-severe OCD combined with depression and low self esteem.

In other words. Your perceived flaws and deformities actually exist. Now, whether or not others notice them as much as you do is up for debate. And even if they do, it's typically not to the point of socially ostracizing you for it on the basis of your appearance alone.
