I’ve been taking 2.5 mg dut for a while now and not getting the results I want

Gonna up the dosage to 5mg daily

How long is “a while”?

5mg does not provide any extra benefit over 2.5mg. 2.5mg already nuked it.

2.5 mg pretty much brings ur dht to 0
