Yes we are smarter , arguably smartest but that doesn’t mean we are more effective
Several developments are happening like Ai and stuff , rules of organic Chen are being broken, a new formula for pie has been discovered ,etc
All these things are just not mainstream enough that’s why it feels stagnant , plus your theory of iq inc has so many loopholes
